The mission of AdoptUSKids is two-fold: to raise public awareness about the need for foster and adoptive families for children in the public child welfare system; and to assist U.S. States, Territories, and Tribes to recruit and retain foster and adoptive families and connect them with children. A non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about the many aspects of adoption in Georgia. Awards grants year-round to selected applicants. Georgia Center for Resources and Support A statewide initiative providing post-adoptive services including trainings, networking, and a lending library. It’s My Turn Now Georgia publicizes the need for permanent homes for children from the Georgia foster care system in hopes of bringing together caring parents and waiting children to make forever families. A photolisting of these children can be viewed under the Meet the Children tab. A nonprofit adoption information clearinghouse and national linking network for the adoption of “harder to place” children. Special Link has the privilege of bringing together adoption professionals, prospective adoptive couples, birth mothers, and these very special children. Special Link is a licensed Child Placing agency-licensed by the State of SC. Nightlight Christian Adoptions Nightlight Christian Adoptions is an adoption agency located in seven states (CA, OK, KY, CO, SC, GA, MO). Juli is Legal Counsel for the Georgia office. Nightlight assists with international, domestic and embryo adoptions as well as homestudy services in each state in which we are licensed. North American Council on Adoptable Children NACAC promotes and supports permanent families for children and youth in the U.S. and Canada who have been in care—especially those in foster care and those with special needs.
